#56489 - RE: Measuring Inductance with 8052... Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi Asok,
The assembly is easy to follow. The unit is nothing but a frequency counter which measures a known frequency and a unknown frequency. The LM311 oscillator is a real piece of work. Look at the output with an oscilloscope and you will see a beautiful ringing frequency of the tank coil. The LCD interface is classic. You should have no problem with the comments in another language. I even added RS232 to the unit I built so that I could hook it up to my IBM computer to log into a database all of my unknown capacitors and inductors. It made sliced bread out of a nasty problem I was fighting for years. Regards, Charles Bannister |
