Babar, even I (you may not beleive it) were a kid once. I am not trying to discourage anyone, merely stating a fact. Re what you are saying, I agree, I have brought up many "kids" and some have been beyond my capacity for mentoring and some are today doing better than me. There is more to experience than just time, ability to absorb is required. All this; however, does not change the fact that experience is an important ingredient in making quality software.
