it highly depends on your further needs! Do your application have battery backed-up SRAM? Does it need watchdog? Do you need early power fail detection, or must only Vcc be checked? I have used MAX1232 for many times. It contains a watchdog and works very reliably. But have a deep look into datasheet, in any case! Kai |
