#57102 - RE: problems reg ISP programming
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hey guy's

I gues Hans is mixing up AN 461 and the Flashmagic (FM) manual. In the last one, there is a circuit with a 'LS125 allowing the PC and FM to control reset and the state of PSEN.

Making ISP to run is simple:

Make sure that P2.6 and P 2.7 are not pulled low.
Make sure that EA is high - connect directly to +5V
Make sure that ALE is high or floating
Make sure that PSEN is low
Reset the chip - power up or press "reset"
-the use of a supervisor chip is highly recommended!

Now you should be able to program the chip with FM.

Having dne that, let PSEN float, and reset once again.
The chip will execute your code.

BTW - programming demands some amount of power. Use apropriate decoupling!

God fornøjelse
