I have a dialer which connects to a public telephone. now my client wants me to share the telephone line. That is there shoule be Telephone Line IN in dialer and Telephone Line Out from dialer and other devices can be connected to the OUT telephone line like a standard telephone or fax.

SO in normal conditions the other devices like telephone can use the telephone line as normal but when my dialer wants to transmit some data.... it disconnect the other device from telephone line dial its number and transmit its data and return control to the other device.

Now i am not expert in managing the telephone line so please give me some technical information. Please note that my dialer is normally ON HOOK in normal condition and when it wants dial.. it goes OFF HOOK, dial a number and when call is connected it transmit data.
