i personnely suggest you to get a copy of the most popular book on this topic, and purely written for the beginners like yourself,,
the title of the book is "The 8051 microcontroller" and the auther name is the renowed "Scott Mckanzei" from canada...
it will help you to learn the basics of assembly regarding MCS51 family micros, e.g. 8051.....

and BTW.. i am agree with Klaas that you have to start with very simple things!! And read, read, read, read, read, read, and read...
secondly...
as i guess that if you are in pakistan,,,then the best way to start with ,,you should get atleat one micro like from ATMEL AT89C51, in 40 pin DIL,, package ,,,
and also you need a programmer in a low budget,,

its optional...you may mail me to get a working low cost AT89c51 series programmer for your fast development of proto type projects,,,
and when you experienced with the assembly, so you can switch to the c also.....
