The importance of using LINT...
Well, for the cost, I find it is well worth the small price. LINT can catch most common coding mistakes that can be very difficult to finddebug otherwise. So, absolutly if the lint package is in your budget, it's deffinatly worth running on your source...it only takes a few minutes to run adn correct the problems. As Andy said, however, LINT is a C and C++ syntax checker. Not for assembly. James |
