Even the high speed version at 400 KHz will take...
Do not get hung up on the 400kHz, I am using FRAM that do not state it is IIC, but it smells like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck. (sorry, info for those not familiar with american expressions: this is a means of saying "it is, although you do not say so"). This chip specifies a bit rate of 1MHz and I am running it at that rate with standard IIC code, just higher speed. Of course, if the display specify 400kHz, that's it. Erik |
