Are you using the BUSY signal or just a wait between commands ? Is your supply OK ? Are you in 4 bit or 8 bit mode ?
What is "hanging up" - describe the symptoms. Are you sure that you send data to the display when it is hung up ? Did you verify it with a scope ? Steve |
