Hi, I´d suggest you to use the 74C922 keyboard decoder from Fairchild. It decodes the keyboard, and sends data through 4 bits lines. It also has a "Data Ready" pin and an interrupt pin, so you don´t have to poll the keyboard. It also has an internal debouncing circuit. They have the datasheet on their site. Regards, Germán. |
