Ajith,
if your board is not well suited to work with this high frequency, you will not only get problems caused by high frequency clock, but also from bus lines togglings, ground bounces etc, which are caused by this high frequency clock. So, testing your system only by feeding this high frequency clock will show you only a small part of problems that are caused by high frequency clock. So, why not testing system WITH micro? Kai |
