Pick up the current with a current transformer or hall effect sensor. Pick up the voltage either capacitively or with a high impedance input to an ADC.
Then find the TI app note on using one of their low power DSP chips to do the job, which is basically multiplying your current number by your voltage number in its simplest form. Steve |
