Michael, this is what I found about the "errata" I gues this means I cannot use the reset pin as long as DIVM != 0x00; What about internal resets like WDT or external interrupts like INT0 or INT1? do you know?

FYI,

I spoke with a Phillips rep who informed me of an Erratta that is not listed in the current Errata sheet posted on their website.

Aparantly you cannot use the External Reset if DIVM is anything but 0x00(The CCLK prescaler) This will be fixed in the next rev chip scheduled for January.

I hope this help will ease any frustration that may have been caused.
