I am using the CYGNAL C8051F0000.
It is faster than DALLAS-chips,
and has good peripherals.

Their development kit is GREAT, and so
is their support.

Remember that this chip is quite new,
and may have some minor bugs, or
production problems.

Hope fine pitch SMD is not an issue.
