Analog devices seems to publish a shortform and name it
a datasheet.
(Still dated 5/99 on their site...)

Are you sure this device is already in production?

Maybe you could check www.cygnal.com for their 80F000 series.
(They are even better, and much faster than what analog offers)

Their evaluation board is fine, and low cost.
