Well that's always debatable, even in the present situation the graphics shown in the posted messages are "FROM THE VERY 8052.COM SERVER" no matter these graphics are actually existing elsewhere.

I think the user must sign to bear all the possible (if any) legal implications in such cases before posting the messages containing images / graphics.

OR

8052.com can post a disclaimer in this concern against any possible claimant of copy right violations.

Not a serious issue, can be resolved.
