As mentioned before you can you Alcohol to clean up the PCBs after soldering but you can also use spray cleaner (600 dry cleaner) for this purpose and i use plastic sprays from Kontakt Chemistry (if i remember correct its number was 70) for spraying a layer of plastic on the board , but remember it will makes troubles if you wanted further desoldering.
