> Yup its exactly 1.9volts. The right meaning is: All voltages above 1.9V are detected as high and all below 0.9V as low. The state on voltages between 0.9V and 1.9V is undefined. So the real trigger threshold must be somewhere in this range. And, if you read the formula in the data sheet, these levels are only right at 5V. On other VCC, these values must be calculated again.
