If it is a transducer, then you have to supply an oscillating waveform between the two terminals. this can be done using a port line, PWM output, D/A output, etc. I am sure that there is code on this website showing how to do this. Without more information on what transducer you purchased, I can not comment on the voltage or current requirements.
