#59807 - RE: Decade Counter more than 10 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
As I know that 4017 decade counter count upto 10 That's why it's called a decade counter - decade = ten!! I need more than 10 i.e 12,15, etc. What do you mean by "etc?" How far do you need to count? Please help me to know if any circuit/IC can count more than 10 Of course they can - a decade counter is just a counter that has been restricted so that it won't go over ten; if you don't want that restriction, just look for a pure binary counter with the required number of bits! |
