I think while defining equates, there shouldn't be any spaces in between.

"HIGH RESET_VALUE"
^
SPACE

Remove the spaces in your codes rather you can use underscore or continues without any space like "HIGHRESET_VALUE"

Please do not use inverted comma as I mentioned above just to show you the actual possible mistake.
