#5997 - RE: Fujitsu micro controllers |
Sorry
TQFP only. I had no problems soldering it though. I agree with the AT89C2051, and the 4051, being good devices and easy to use. I've done many a good project with the 2051. For those who use them alot there is a simple way to make an 'emulator' for the 1051/2051/4051. Take a 8031/2, 373/573 latch and EPROM socket and connect them. Take the remaining pins to a header. You can add a comparator if you need to. Take the header to a 20-pin IC socket and you have it. I use mine with an old Elector eprom emulator. This allow you to prototype with a larger code size than the xx51's will allow. Regards Andre Schoeman |
