Hi Vusi,

also on simulation you need to specify a crystal value to get the real execution time:
t = 12 / crystal * number of cycles

Or mean you 2 to 3 minutes of PC time ?
Then this is never related to the 8051 and depends only from your PC speed (4.77MHz ... 1GHz).
