Regret to inform that your problem cannot even be analysed let alone be solved due to following reasons :

1. What pin of which MCU connects to what pin of which LCD ?

2. Where is your PUT_LCD_DATA code ?

3. You dont seem to have a PUT_LCD_COMMAND routine. How is that ?
