#60739 - Oh ye of little - or is it much - faith Responding to: ???'s previous message |
may be called from a task but not from an interrupt service routine
stated bi Keil who, presumably, know what they have made. But I use os_create_task(x) in interrupt, and it works Oh, how often has "it works" been posted at this forum and how often has that been proven wronmg. the fact that something does not fail does not prove that it works, it just proves that failure has not happened yet Ok let us, just for a moment assume that the reason for the Keil 'restriction' is that the functions are not recursive. Then all will be well till an interrupt calling function x happens just as the main is processing in function x. That coincidence may not happen for anything from a few minutes to several years.
