Hi,
Interfacing with parallel port would be a bad idea in that you will have to allocate minimum 8 ports of the micro, which you could use for something else. And I don't think that terminal packages for parallel port are just available out there ??? Using serial port would only need 2 ports and a ground. And there are many terminal emulation packages to get and show your serial data. Rather Plug & Play kind. Regards Babar |
