hi,
it is not full correct with "high-integrated" parts. For example, I have used Z80 (Sinclair, you know :) for many years and well know about "self-modify" code. With modern 51 chips, it is possible to take SFR address and then modify next instruction(s) to use its value located either flash or RAM-based program memory before step to them. But again: it is not good way. I just wish to wake up the imagination of our GURUs (= It comes to me after reading alot of RTFM-questions... cu |
