i am doing exactly as u say. Polling by checking LSR bit 0 for receive(read) and bit 5 for transmit(write).

my problem is these 2 bits do not clear off although char is wrote and read by 8052.

so the program will keep reading flag status from LSR,unable to exit the loop.
