Follow a simple though not perfect rule of mine: Unless the post is by some serious (read: Erik, Andy, Karas....)I rarely open the posting and if it by one of the proven stupid fellows I definitely avoid opening it.
Even then I find enough postings to tempt me to visit this forum daily.
