#61801 - RE: AT89CC01 CAN handler ALL messages Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Michael,
The CC01 is one of Atmel's CAN microcontrollers. It has the CAN controller and a UART. The problem is that Atmel's datasheet is pretty thin in explaining how to use the controller. Bert, I'm in the process of doing basically the same thing you're trying, only I'm trying to convert J1939 to J1587. I'm getting it figured out, slowly. Basically I'm reverse-engineering the example software for their demo board, and their CAN driver examples. It doesn't help that the native language of the programmer was French, and I don't speak French. (Structure member names in French just don't convey what they are being used for...) I'll see if I can come up with something a little more helpful on Monday. Dennis |
