That is most likely an Intel manufactured microcontroller containing some Futaba proprietary firmware. You will probably never figure out the actual part as the number you gave is most likely an Futaba in-house engineering part number for the intel device with code. Depending on age of part it is likely that the part may even be mask programmed.
