As in current situation i'm using pll4046, is it possible to make pll improve response time over input freq. range of 1Hz to 9.999KHz giving
10KHz at out put.
currently i can capture entier range with 100uf in lpf
but it takes lot of time to lock & if cap reduced to 10uf it doesnt work below 5Hz
