#6219 - Analog peripheral in High speed 8051 |
Hello everybody,
I'm looking for High performance 8051 based MCU with high level of embedding. Particularly I'm looking for ADC (12 bits) and maybe DAC. The chip must work from 3.6 V (or lower). I've encountered Analog device's ADuC812 but it too slow. Cygnal's C8051F000 looks promising but it has NO external RAM interface. Does anyone heard about something new from Dalas semiconductors that match my needs ? Any help will be highly appreciated. Many thanks in advance. Eyal |
