Hi Everybody!

I've been waiting for the weekend to post this because it is off-topic (?). In point of fact I intended to post this a couple of weeks ago, but I sold my lab and spent the holidays moving. Anyway, this riddle is based on a haloween costume I wore back in the early 1980's. No one at the party was able to figure it out and they had a $20 incentive. You get no incentive, save the amusement of a good riddle. Okay, here it is.
