Atmel provide both processor dependent and processor independent programming routines. Check out the readme file to determine which to use. You want to use the routines that rely on the system real time clock for timing. I changed the adjustable supply ADJ pin decoupling capacitor to .1uF, to make it adjust more quickly. I used HC chips exclusively, because that is all I had. I used approximately 3 feet of twist-flat ribbon cable to connect it to the PC. I am using a PII-400. It works great. Cory Spackman |
