#62782 - RE: Hexadecimal to Decimal Conversion Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello,
I'm sorry for my explicit greeting....(indeed i'm a participant of Avrfreaks...) OK, I've found it, the convertion is very easy, eg. 253d ==> FDh (253d is saved in two memery loc) We just have to make the next calc. (hexadecimal of course)... => 2d x 64h = C8h => 5d x 0Ah = 32h => 3d (x 01h) = 03h + _____ (the addition gives us...) FDh easy isn't it! PS: this was NOT a homeword assignment, and i don't understand what the problem should be if it was a homework assignment, bear in mind that a forum is 'invented' to share problems and solve them together, even it is (a piece) of homework, a student has to learn it also,.... greetz, and no hard feelings :) |
