#6285 - Writing in a EEPROM |
I have a HN58C256A EEPROM memory. I want to use it as a nonvolatile external data memory. Then I disable the software data protection (SDP), but It does not work. Should I disable or enable the SDP? Should I disable or enable the SDP only one time before writing to the memory? Or Should I disable or enable the SDP before each access to memory for writing?
I was wondering if anyone writes an example (the language can be assembler, C, PLM51, Basic, etc.). |
