#6313 - What is the lowest power latch? |
Hi, Can anyone recommend a memory bus latch for use with a DS87C550 that is designed for low power or micropower operation?
I tried a DM74LS373 and a 74F373, but the suckers draw about 32mA- even when I put the MCU in low-power mode. That's more than the rest of my board combined! My design is to be used in a portable battery-operated biomedical instrument @12MHz, and I really need to cut down on the mA's. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks! |
