I think the idea to use 4515 may be a non starter.
At 5V operation, the device needs a strobe pulse width of 250ns minimum and 125ns typical and my ALE at best can be around 126ns. I dont think it will work out. I somehow missed this parameter in the first glance of the data sheet. Sorry folks. Raghu |
