Well, that's not a standard RS232 pinout.

What do you mean by "rs-232/Keyboard Wedge?"
Is that a wedge specifically designed for use with this device, or a general-purpose RS232 wedge?
(given the pinout, it seems unlikely that it's a general-purpose RS232 wedge)

However, If it is just a general-purpose RS232 wedge (which I doubt), have you tried looking at the data in Hypoterminal or similar?
don't do this unless you are sure it is really RS232!
