There are two basic approaces to '51 clocks a) use a timer as a timer. Then you will lose time every time the power is interrupted. b)use a RTC chip. Thse chips have battery backup and will keep the time even when the power is off. If this is your first project, first download "the bible" chapters 1, 2 and 3 (addresses in links <---), then have a look at the tutorials <---. When you have grasped the basics and gotten started come back with your specific problems. Erik |
