It's made by Disk Instruments, model number LC92-2000-0BLP-TTL-LD. There are 10 pins on it too.

I did a search on google, websites and newsgroups, and I didn't get any results


1.) You're off topic !
2.) Try "Honeywell" - they owned Disk.
3.) I suspect the pinout may be a standard one. Don't know what it is though.
