Do not operate this part at 4.6 volts. That is the absolute maximum for the VDD.
The normal operating voltage range for the part is 2.3 to 3.6 volts. This would indicate the part for use where the VDD supply was within that range at say 3.0V or 3.3V. Michael Karas |
