I saw max812 (Reset IC + Manual Reset), but it is too small to solder and maxim only sells packages of 1000. max812 has 4 pins, a very simple IC. I haven't found anything like max812. I'm looking for a Reset IC + Manual Reset or anything that can reset a 8051 with 5v. I found voltage supervisors IC , but they use a regulated power source greater than 5v (or an unregulated power sorce) in order to monitor the voltage. i want to use a 5v power source.

***which circuit do you use?
***is there a circuit with Reset + Manual Reset DIP or i have to use a power source >5v for the volage supervisor, and then use a 5v regulator for the 8051??
