#6548 - Differences between Siemens SAB-C515C-LM |
In my target-application I first used the 8EM type (with internal OTP).
Because now the Program-Memory is external I 've choosen the LM-type. According the datasheet the 2 types should be idendical except the OPT. But now the target-application doesn't work with the LM-type! Hint?! Is it possible that the memory-map is different? |
