 		 #65684 - P89C51RD2BN user configuration block
Hi.

The P89C51RD2BN (second generation) has 4 Kbytes for user configuration purposes.

I know that using IAP I can read and program each byte.

Question :

Is it necessary to erase the flash block before to program a new byte ?

Or I can overlay the bytes ?
