i use C for 89c51 or 52. I put full 64k external ram ond rom.

for using the ram the arrays, variables are defined in begining and all the ram access or modifications are done using the variable or array name.

i want to know if i want to erase ram from a particular address to certain range how do i address it , irrespective of the variables or arrays lying in that range.

or if i want to define certain address as begining the start of the array how to do it.

i use franklin assembler.
