#66053 - RE: Kitchen Sink
Responding to: ???'s previous message
My main interest in Goal Semi is for the VRS1000. This is a 44PLCC, 5V, 64KFlash ISP, 4K RAM, and PWM that operates at 625Khz. This is simialr to the Winbond 78E365(PWM max 78kHz) and Philips P89C51RD2( has similar stats but PWM max hz unknow.

I like the winbond and Goal because the PWM is very easy to set up. and they operate at 40Mhz. I orginial design in the Winbond but i just realized i don't have a programmer for them. I believe Goal will provide a programmer.
Winbond is cheaper the Philips by $1 or more
Goal say they will be Winbond in price!
Philips price are higher but it is a USA company.

I am using the PWM to drive a mosfet 0-50V. *As Suggest by the this form and it works great!
