I have not done the math yet on any of the philips PWMs. I plan to run the philips at 40Mhz so, the PWM will produce 10Mhz PWM frequ. I find this hard to believe but, I will not rule it out.
The PWM frequency is related to resolution. If you want 1 bit resolution (pulse or no pulse) you can run it at 10MHz, od you wan t two bit resolution it will be 5MHz etc.

So the max PWM frequency is x/resolution.
