#66731 - Windows keeps resetting USB-device |
I've already posted this at the forum at USB.org, but I figured there might be a small chance somebody here has dealt with this problem before.
I am trying to program the tusb3410 microcontroller on a tusb3410UART development board from TI. The micro is supposed to load its firmware via the USB when it's attached. I've made sure the firmware is in the proper format and is given the proper headers by the bootloader driver provided by TI. The problem is, I can't get my program to work on the micro. I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. When I measure the voltage on one of the GPIO-pins using a scope, I see the pin at 3,3V (reset value), getting low(0V) every +/-1.5 seconds for approx. 125ms. In windows I see my hourglas blinking with the same 1.5 second period. In windows device manager i see the device being recognised, being reported having a problem with the device, and getting recognised again. Somehow I get the feeling Windows is resetting the device, but I'm not sure why? Any help appreciated! |
